Custom orders will be processed within 2-3 weeks pending approvals from the customer. Maximum of 3 design changes allowed per item ordered. No change requests can be made once item has been approved by the customer.
If you need your custom order by a certain date you have the option to rush your order. Please keep in mind we can only accommodate 2-3 per week. Please contact us at email@example.com for availability.
Custom orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of the purchase.

Custom items are shipped once they are completed and arrive 2-8 days once shipped. Shipping charges are a $5 flat rate fee for 36" and under in length and $15 for anything over 36" in length. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been shipped that includes a tracking number for your convenience.
Rush Orders: All non-custom rush orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-3 business days after processing. Please email us prior to placing your order for any custom items to check availability of a rush order at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We provide personalized notes for all gift purchases. Verbiage must be provided at time of purchase.
You may return non-custom items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. If the item is incorrect or defective, we'll pay the return shipping costs. Please email us photos and a description of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org.
